NIC Peshawar welcomed His Excellency the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, for a visit focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of the province’s startup ecosystem. The visit gave the province’s top constitutional office holder direct exposure to the work being carried out by resident founders at NIC Peshawar, positioning the engagement as more than a ceremonial appearance and instead as an opportunity for the Governor to develop a firsthand understanding of the kind of ventures being incubated within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
During the visit, the Governor interacted directly with founders, exploring their ventures and gaining insight into the specific problems these companies are working to solve within the province’s economic and social context. NIC Peshawar’s ecosystem continues to be supported by a broad coalition of partners including Ignite National Technology Fund, the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, LMKR, Accelerate Prosperity, Sybrid, IM Sciences, Rehman Medical Institute, CECOS University, and Frontier Platinum, reflecting the scale of institutional backing behind the incubator’s Cohort 15 programming and its broader mission of advancing entrepreneurship within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
