The programme is structured around quarterly bootcamps, monthly pitch battles, and operational reviews, giving founders a consistent cadence of structured growth checkpoints throughout the year rather than open-ended mentorship without clear milestones. Investor readiness forms another core pillar of the programme, covering pitch refinement, demo days, and direct investor engagement, while participating startups also gain media visibility, with the programme reporting more than 2.1 million digital impressions generated per campaign period. Outstanding startups from the cohort may additionally get the opportunity to represent Pakistan at international events, extending the programme’s impact beyond domestic recognition alone.
Since its inception, NICAT has incubated more than 120 startups, facilitated over 4.1 billion rupees in investment, generated more than 6.4 billion rupees in revenue, and contributed to the creation of over 27,000 jobs, figures that reflect the scale of impact the incubator has built up over its previous cohorts.
