NIC Hyderabad Kicks Off EvolvX Season 5 Orientation for Founders

Published on

NIC Hyderabad kicked off Season 5 of its EvolvX programme with an orientation session that brought together a full room of aspiring founders, giving participants their first opportunity to introduce themselves, share their early stage ideas, and meet the peers they will be learning and building alongside over the coming months. The session marked the formal start of the programme’s fifth cohort, setting the stage for the structured support that will follow over the next several months.

The orientation was designed to give participants a clear understanding of what EvolvX involves, outlining what the coming months will look like, what participants can expect to learn, and the kind of support and opportunities available to them as part of the programme. Rather than diving directly into technical or business content, the session focused on setting expectations and helping participants understand the structure of the journey ahead.

Beyond the informational component, the orientation served a more informal but equally important purpose, giving participants a chance to move beyond simply having an idea and instead begin openly discussing it with others going through a similar early stage journey. This kind of peer exposure is often considered a critical early step for aspiring founders, many of whom may not have previously had the opportunity to articulate their ideas to others outside their immediate circle.

EvolvX has continued to run as a recurring programme at NIC Hyderabad, with Season 5 building on four previous rounds aimed at supporting early stage founders as they move from initial ideas toward more structured ventures. The programme’s continued run reflects NIC Hyderabad’s ongoing commitment to nurturing early stage entrepreneurship within the region, giving aspiring founders in Hyderabad and the surrounding areas structured access to mentorship and peer support that might not otherwise be readily available.

The session was supported by Ministry Of IT and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, PTCL, LMKT, and Tech Destination Pakistan, reflecting the institutional network tied to NIC Hyderabad’s ongoing programming. With Season 5 now officially underway, the cohort’s participants are expected to continue developing their ideas over the coming months as they move through EvolvX’s structured curriculum and mentorship framework.
