The inaugural ceremony of the GLOBE Pakistan Summit 2026 was held in Islamabad, drawing more than 250 participants for a platform centered on trade, logistics, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship. Rana Ihsaan Afzal Khan, Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Commerce and Industry, attended as chief guest, lending the event a level of governmental backing that underscored its positioning as a national platform for digital commerce.
Convened by Trade Development Authority of Pakistan under Ministry of Commerce, the summit brought together industry leaders, global experts, and entrepreneurs to explore opportunities within Pakistan’s evolving digital commerce ecosystem. The gathering reflected TDAP’s continued push to translate the National E-Commerce Policy into concrete engagement between local businesses and both domestic and international markets.
National Incubation Center Karachi was represented by five startups, Conviyo, Fulflit, Aitisal, Munafah.AI, and Cervana AI, all of which took part in discussions and networking sessions aimed at connecting with a broad range of stakeholders. The startups used the platform to engage potential partners and pursue new business opportunities, including prospective clients, extending the reach of NIC Karachi’s incubation cohorts into the trade and logistics space.
National Incubation Center Karachi extended appreciation to TDAP, Chief Executive Faiz Ahmed Chadhar, and Director General Services Rafia Syed for creating the platform, noting that opportunities such as GLOBE strengthen Pakistan’s startup ecosystem by linking homegrown innovation with national and international markets. The event was supported by Tech Destination Pakistan, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, LMKT, LuckyOne Mall, and Orbit Ventures.
