The Karachi Youth Summit 2026, organized by Alkhidmat under the theme Born to Lead, will bring together social change makers for a one of a kind event at the Expo Center in Karachi on September 29, running from 11 AM to 7 PM. The summit’s programme spans a wide range of activities, including a final year project and startup showcase, a panel discussion, a hackathon, e-sports and a film screening, positioning the event as a broad gathering point for the city’s younger generation across technology, entrepreneurship and creative fields.
Among the summit’s featured sessions is a panel discussion titled Gen Z vs Millennials, scheduled for 2 to 3 PM at Hall 06 of the Expo Center. The panel will be moderated by Xenab Ansari, a speaker, humanitarian and corporate trainer, and will bring together voices from both generations to exchange perspectives on how each group sees leadership, work and change. Representing the Gen Z side of the discussion are Shakaib Naqvi, Emaan Fatima and Saud, while Ibtesam Paracha, Aadil Riaz and Usama Ahmed will speak for the Millennial side.
The panel will also feature two influencers joining the conversation, Bilal Hassan, known for his content under the name mystapaki, and Raza Samo, both described as renowned content creators. Their presence adds a social media dimension to the discussion, likely drawing engagement from younger audiences who follow their work beyond the summit itself. The format, framed as two generations offering different perspectives in one powerful conversation, aims to surface where Gen Z and Millennials agree and where they diverge on questions of leadership and change.
