E Deviser, a startup from NICAT Hatch 6, has taken its next step onto the international stage by becoming part of the Qatar Science and Technology Park incubation ecosystem. The move marks a significant milestone for a Pakistani technology company built through the Hatch 6 programme, carrying its product from a domestic incubation setting into one of the Gulf region’s more established science and technology hubs.
E Deviser is a technology company focused on building intelligent systems for complex real world problems. Its flagship product, Cuevo, is an outcome focused Learning Experience Platform designed for K-12 education. The platform connects student signals such as learning activity, engagement, behavior, consistency and effort with defined learning outcomes, helping schools build a fuller picture of how individual students are learning and where intervention may be needed. This kind of data driven approach addresses a persistent challenge for schools, translating scattered signals of student behavior into a structured basis for decision making.
What began in Pakistan through NICAT Hatch 6 is now continuing in Qatar through the Qatar Foundation ecosystem, as E Deviser works toward extending its technology into the wider Gulf Cooperation Council region and international markets more broadly. Joining the Qatar Science and Technology Park gives the startup access to a different regional network of mentorship, partners and potential customers, which could accelerate its efforts to establish Cuevo in education systems outside Pakistan.
NICAT expressed pride in seeing a startup from its own incubation programme carry Pakistani technology beyond its borders and onto the global stage. The move reflects a broader pattern among Pakistan’s more mature startups, where domestic incubation increasingly serves as a launching point for regional and international expansion rather than an endpoint in itself. NICAT continues to operate with support from Ignite National Technology Fund, the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, NETSOL Technologies, the National Aerospace Science and Technology Park, Air University and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra.
