Blusha Grows From Four Founders to 50 Clients Across Pakistani Cities

Published on

Blusha has grown from four founders to a team of 18, building a platform that brings aesthetic clinics, salons, parlours and barber shops together in one ecosystem. The startup now works with 50 clients across cities in Pakistan, marking steady progress as the team continues to expand its reach into a sector that has traditionally operated with fragmented, disconnected booking and management systems across individual businesses.

Blusha’s model addresses a gap that many smaller beauty and grooming businesses face, where clinics, salons and barber shops often rely on manual processes or disconnected tools to manage client bookings and operations. By bringing these different categories of businesses into a single platform, Blusha positions itself as infrastructure for an industry that has not historically had a dedicated, unified technology layer serving its specific operational needs across multiple business types at once.

Co-founder and COO Munib Ur Rehman shared the journey behind the venture in a recent Start-up Spotlight, walking through the milestones the team has reached so far and crediting mentorship, industry-led sessions, and connections made through LCE with supporting the company’s growth. His account points to a founder who has leaned on structured support systems rather than building in isolation, using external guidance to help shape decisions as Blusha scaled from its original four-person founding team to its current headcount of 18.

Rehman also reflected on the broader value of being part of an entrepreneurial community where founders can learn from experts, exchange ideas, and connect with others building alongside them, a theme that speaks to how peer networks and mentorship ecosystems can meaningfully shape a startup’s early trajectory. As Blusha continues expanding its client base across Pakistani cities, the company’s growth from a small founding team to its current scale offers a concrete example of how structured startup support can translate into measurable business progress over time.
