US Consulate Lahore Brings Go To Market Expert To NIC Lahore On 23 October

Published on

The US Consulate in Lahore is bringing David D’Angelo, an American entrepreneur, investor and go-to-market expert, to National Incubation Center Lahore on Friday, 23 October 2026, to meet its founders. The session starts at 10:30 AM and is titled From Pakistan to the U.S. Market: Building a Go-to-Market Strategy. It covers customer discovery, product-market fit, pricing, market entry, collaborations and commercialization, and founders who want to attend must register before 21 October through the registration link.

The announcement describes the speaker as someone who has raised more than 600 million dollars in follow-on funding for founders at VentureWell, a US non-profit that supports science and technology startups. It also credits him with scaling a company called Previ from 300,000 dollars to 10 million dollars in annual recurring revenue in two years, and lists a 125 million dollar Series A. These figures are the organisers’ own, and they set the tone for a session that will focus on how a young company moves from a first product to repeatable revenue in a large market.

For Pakistani startups, the United States is the most valuable and the hardest market to enter. It is the largest source of the country’s technology exports, but selling there requires a clear picture of who the customer is, what they will pay and how to reach them from outside the country. A session built around customer discovery, pricing and market entry speaks to those questions directly, and the incubator has told its incubated founders that they will want to be in the room.

National Incubation Center Lahore is one of the national incubation centres set up by Ignite National Technology Fund under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. It is supported by NetSol Technologies Limited and Habib Bank Limited, together with Plug and Play Tech Center, Daftarkhwan, Beaconhouse National University and the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. The session adds to a run of events at the incubator this month, including The Deal Room: Lahore on 26 October and a call for founders to pitch at its Investment Summit.
