Accelerate Prosperity recently concluded its Business Intelligence Programme in Peshawar, bringing together fourteen high potential businesses from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa working across education, health, tourism, and the green economy. The programme was designed to give participating businesses structured support aimed at strengthening their operations through the practical application of artificial intelligence across several core business functions.
The programme began with a detailed business diagnosis for each participating company, allowing organisers to understand the individual needs and growth priorities specific to each business before designing the subsequent training. This diagnostic phase fed directly into a two day, hands on programme focused on using AI to strengthen key areas of business operations, including market research, marketing and sales, financial modelling, financial management, and internal processes.
Throughout the two day session, entrepreneurs engaged in practical exercises, expert led sessions, and speed mentoring, working directly on their own businesses rather than through generic case studies. This hands on approach allowed participants to test AI tools directly against their specific business challenges, strengthen their existing business models, and identify concrete ways to incorporate AI more effectively into their daily decision making processes.
With the in person component of the programme now complete, participating businesses will continue to receive one on one advisory support aimed at refining their growth and investment cases going forward. This continued support suggests the programme is structured not as a standalone training exercise, but as an initial phase feeding into longer term business development support for the fourteen companies involved.
High potential businesses from the cohort will also be considered for Accelerate Prosperity’s patient debt financing, giving participating companies a potential pathway toward capital that carries different terms than conventional commercial financing, often structured to accommodate the slower growth trajectories typical of early stage or impact oriented businesses. The programme’s focus on sectors including education, health, tourism, and the green economy reflects Accelerate Prosperity’s continued interest in supporting businesses operating in areas tied to social and environmental impact within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s broader economic landscape.
