Accelerate Prosperity has announced an investment in Tarsil, a Lahore based technology company that has built an operating system for businesses managing field services and deliveries. Tarsil brings deliveries, collections, customer visits, workforce tracking and other field operations into a single platform, helping businesses cut operational leakages, improve accountability and gain clearer visibility into their day to day activities. Founded in 2021, the company has grown into a leading force in field service management in Pakistan, now working with more than 400 businesses across 77 cities.
The scale of Tarsil’s operations reflects how deeply its platform has embedded itself in the day to day running of small and medium businesses. The company has processed PKR 33 billion in transactions, supported more than 5 million deliveries covering over 54 million items, and tracked more than 2 million kilometers of rider movement through its mobile app for field staff, which works both online and offline. Its cloud dashboard adds GPS tracking, automated invoicing, a multilingual interface, live visibility and analytics, giving business owners a fuller picture of operations that were previously tracked on paper or not tracked at all. Businesses using the platform have reported a 16 percent rise in sales per rider and 30 percent faster payment collection within a year of deployment, pointing to concrete gains in both revenue and cash flow.
Since its launch, Tarsil has expanded across Pakistan and is now entering international markets, with an initial focus on the Gulf Cooperation Council region and Africa. The company aims to take its field operations technology beyond Pakistan to help small and medium enterprises across other emerging markets digitise and scale their own operations, extending a model that has already proven itself with hundreds of businesses at home. Accelerate Prosperity’s investment is structured as patient debt rather than a conventional equity round, and is intended to help Tarsil fund research and development, build a more modular architecture, and support its next stage of growth as it moves into these new markets.
For Accelerate Prosperity, the investment reflects a broader focus on businesses that solve real world problems and create measurable impact for other companies, in this case by helping MSMEs address a widespread challenge in field operations. As Tarsil moves from a Pakistan focused platform to one serving businesses across the GCC and Africa, the company is positioning itself as an example of Pakistan built technology finding demand well beyond its home market, while continuing to give small business owners in its original market tools to protect their revenue and grow with greater confidence.
