Accelerate Prosperity Kyrgyzstan is inviting applications for two critical positions aimed at strengthening the country’s startup and SME ecosystem. The initiative, part of an international AP program, seeks talented professionals to join its Bishkek-based team and contribute to high-impact projects that support entrepreneurship and innovation.

The first role, Grants Finance Officer, is designed for candidates with expertise in financial management of donor-funded projects. Responsibilities include accounting, reporting, expense oversight, and procurement. Candidates in this position will manage critical financial processes to ensure compliance with donor requirements while supporting program objectives. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to work within an international framework, providing exposure to structured financial operations in a dynamic development context. Detailed information on the role is available through Accelerate Prosperity Kyrgyzstan’s official listing.

The second opening, Acceleration Coordinator, targets professionals who will drive the design and delivery of acceleration and incubation programs. This role involves coordinating teams, managing mentorship initiatives, collaborating closely with entrepreneurs and partner organizations, and supporting startup cohorts throughout their growth journey. The position provides a platform for individuals interested in building capacity within Kyrgyzstan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, offering direct engagement with innovative ventures and strategic development programs. Further details for this role are provided online.

Both positions offer a chance to be part of an international initiative with a focus on fostering SMEs and startups in Kyrgyzstan. Employees will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where their contributions have a tangible impact on local entrepreneurship. The roles provide exposure to program management, financial oversight, and ecosystem development, making them highly relevant for professionals seeking to combine expertise in finance, operations, or program coordination with innovation and startup support.

Applicants are invited to submit their CV and cover letter via email to aiperi.mukashova@akdn.org. Candidates should clearly indicate which position they are applying for in the subject line of the email, with the option to be considered for both roles if desired. The application deadline is December 21, 2025, providing interested professionals with time to prepare comprehensive applications for these strategic positions.

Accelerate Prosperity Kyrgyzstan’s hiring initiative reflects a broader commitment to nurturing entrepreneurship, providing structured support for startups, and ensuring effective management of donor-funded programs. By opening these positions, the organization aims to strengthen both operational and programmatic capabilities, enabling impactful interventions that foster business growth and economic development in the region.
