Published on

AeroFusion 2026 has opened applications for students across Pakistan, offering final year project teams an opportunity to take their academic work beyond classroom presentations and into a national level innovation platform. The initiative is designed to provide students with a space where their ideas can be tested, evaluated, and showcased in front of industry professionals, mentors, and innovation experts.

The program invites participants working on technology driven projects, problem solving ideas, and innovation focused solutions to compete in categories that highlight practical applications of academic research. Through this platform, students will have the opportunity to present their final year projects in a structured environment that connects academic work with real world industry expectations.

AeroFusion 2026 includes two main tracks, AeroHack and Research Showcase, both aimed at encouraging student participation in innovation and applied research. Participants will compete for cash prizes including PKR 200,000 for winners and PKR 100,000 for runners up, along with opportunities to engage with mentors and industry leaders who can provide guidance on refining and scaling their ideas.

The initiative is being supported by organizations within Pakistan’s technology and innovation ecosystem including Ignite National Technology Fund under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan, along with partners such as NETSOL Technologies Incorporated, National Aerospace Science and Technology Park, Air University, and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra. The program reflects continued efforts to bridge academic learning with industry exposure and encourage student innovation at a national scale.
