In a landmark move to support innovation and entrepreneurship, ARY Digital Network, one of Pakistan’s most influential media houses, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paklaunch, a global platform connecting Pakistani startups with international investors. The strategic partnership aims to amplify the visibility of Pakistani startups, attract foreign investment, and solidify Pakistan’s standing in the global tech arena.

The partnership, officially announced on May 1, 2025, is positioned to play a critical role in shaping the future of Pakistan’s digital economy. ARY Digital Network, with its vast audience reach and media infrastructure, will provide startups with a much-needed platform to share their stories, showcase innovations, and attract investor interest on a national and international scale.

Salman Iqbal, Founder and CEO of ARY Group, expressed strong optimism about the collaboration. “ARY has always stood for progress, and we firmly believe that Pakistan’s tech entrepreneurs are crucial to the nation’s future. Through this partnership with Paklaunch, we are strengthening our commitment to empower startups by offering them a national platform, global visibility, and robust support for growth,” he stated. He further emphasized that this initiative is just the beginning of ARY’s long-term mission to support the country’s tech ecosystem.

On the other side of the collaboration, Aly Fahd, Founder of Paklaunch, highlighted how this alliance complements Paklaunch Vision 2030—an ambitious blueprint that envisions Pakistan among the world’s top ten startup ecosystems. “With ARY’s unmatched media influence and our global investor network, we are laying the foundation for a new era of opportunity and recognition for Pakistani startups,” he said.

The MoU signing ceremony brought together several key stakeholders from the startup and venture capital community. Notable attendees included Taimur Malik and Hussain Fazal (Partners at Paklaunch), Jerjees Seja (CEO of ARY Digital Network), Uzair Gadit (Board Member, Paklaunch & CEO of Gaditek), Romanna Dada (Founder, Dada Enterprises), Adeel Raza (Founder, UNLayer), Kirill Kozhevnikov (Conjunction Capital), and Omer Zabit (Shorooq Partners).

The collaboration is expected to significantly elevate Pakistan’s startup visibility on both national and global stages. ARY’s media platforms will serve as an outreach engine for high-potential startups, enabling them to tell their stories, engage broader audiences, and attract funding. In parallel, Paklaunch will leverage its curated network of investors, founders, and mentors to identify scalable ventures and facilitate cross-border funding opportunities.

With the combined strengths of a robust media presence and a global investor community, this partnership between ARY Digital Network and Paklaunch signals a pivotal shift for Pakistan’s innovation landscape. It reflects a growing consensus among stakeholders that media exposure and international investment are both essential to nurturing the next generation of tech entrepreneurs.

As Pakistan’s tech industry matures, initiatives like this offer a glimpse into a future where local innovation meets global opportunity—building not only successful startups but also a more resilient and forward-looking economy.
