The right mentorship can help founders turn promising ideas into stronger ventures, and ASPIRE Pakistan is putting that belief into practice with a mentoring session for its Pre-Incubation Program. The online session takes place on November 4, 2026, at 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. It brings emerging founders together with experienced professionals for a focused discussion offering practical insights, constructive feedback and strategic guidance. Participants can join the session here when it begins.
Startups taking part will have the opportunity to discuss their challenges, seek expert advice and gain valuable perspectives on refining their ideas and sharpening their business approach. Pre-incubation is the stage at which many founders are still testing whether an idea can become a viable company, and decisions made here often shape everything that follows. Direct access to people who have worked through similar problems can save founders time and help them avoid mistakes that are costly to reverse later. By building the session around open discussion rather than lectures, the program gives each team the chance to raise questions specific to its own idea.
Four mentors will guide the session. Syed Ashad Mustufa is a Customer Solutions Architect at MeshAir Lab Limited in Ireland and brings an international technology perspective. Dr. Qudsia Tariq is a Professor at the University of Karachi, adding academic experience to the panel. Abdul Mannan serves as Chief Information Officer at Bykea, a company that has grown by serving customers across the country and can speak to building technology at scale. Sonia Nawab is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Counselors Bench, offering the viewpoint of someone who has started and run her own venture. Together, the group covers technology, academia, operations and entrepreneurship.
The session reflects the approach that ASPIRE Pakistan takes to supporting young companies. The organization has said that meaningful mentorship helps founders make informed decisions and move forward with confidence, and the mentoring session is designed to put experienced professionals directly in front of those who need guidance most. Holding the event online allows founders from different cities to take part without travel, and the late evening time slot makes it accessible to participants and mentors with other commitments during the day. With the session set for early next week, founders in the Pre-Incubation Program have an opportunity to bring their ideas, questions and doubts to a panel ready to respond, in line with the program’s message that ideas spark the journey and mentorship helps shape the future.
