Bandar Road Se Kemari Women Festival 2026 Celebrates Women Entrepreneurs At Empress Market Karachi

Womenza Pakistan and Arzoo Pakistan will host the Bandar Road Se Kemari Women Festival 2026 at Empress Market in Karachi on Saturday and Sunday, October 24 and 25, with doors open each evening from 5:00 PM to midnight. The festival is built around the city itself, drawing its name from the road that runs from Bandar Road to Kemari and its look from the colorful truck art and landmarks that define Karachi. The organizers have invited special guests to attend and have described the event as a celebration of the city’s vibrant community and local talent, with women entrepreneurs at the center of the program.

The festival aims to celebrate women entrepreneurs, local businesses, artisans, culture, creativity, and community engagement. Visitors will find a shopping bazaar and local brands, giving women business owners a direct way to sell to customers, along with food stalls, live performances, workshops, and talks. The mix of commerce and culture is deliberate. A bazaar gives small and home based businesses a place to reach buyers without the cost of a shop, while performances and food draw families and general visitors who might otherwise never meet the women behind the products. Workshops and talks add a learning element, letting entrepreneurs and visitors hear from experienced speakers and pick up practical skills.

The choice of Empress Market as the venue adds to the festival’s local character. The historic building in the heart of the old city is a well known Karachi landmark, and holding the festival there ties the event to the city’s trading tradition. For women entrepreneurs, a location that attracts steady foot traffic and wide attention can be a significant advantage, especially for businesses that rely largely on social media and have few chances to meet customers in person. A two day schedule that runs into the late evening also suits the way many Karachi residents shop and socialize, giving working visitors a chance to attend after the workday.

Those interested in attending can register for an invitation card through the event page, which lets visitors sign up and download their card in advance. The organizers have listed two contact numbers for queries, +92 323 4285668 and +92 336 2001335. The announcement did not share a list of participating brands, speakers, or performers, so the full program will become clear on the days of the festival. For the women business owners taking part, the event offers two evenings of direct contact with customers and with one another, and for Karachi’s wider community it offers a chance to meet local talent in one of the city’s best known public spaces.
