CEGA Cohort 3 Offers Founders Full Ecosystem From Concept to Company Support

Published on

CEGA has outlined the full scope of support available to founders joining Cohort 3, positioning the programme as a comprehensive ecosystem designed to move participants from an initial game or creative idea through to a fully functioning company. The messaging emphasises that an idea alone is only the beginning, with the programme built to help founders actually build, launch, and grow what they start with.

The programme’s offerings span several distinct areas, beginning with industry led mentorship and expert guidance, giving founders access to professionals with direct experience in gaming, animation, and creative technology development. Alongside mentorship, participants receive product, business, and market support, addressing the range of considerations founders need to navigate beyond the purely creative or technical aspects of building a game or interactive product.

CEGA also provides creative infrastructure and resources, addressing one of the more significant barriers facing gaming and animation studios in Pakistan, where access to high end technical equipment and production facilities has historically been limited outside of larger, well funded operations. The programme further includes go to market, monetization, and branding support, giving founders practical guidance on how to commercialise their products once built, an area that requires distinct expertise separate from game or product development itself.

Perhaps most notably, the programme offers access to publishers, investors, and industry partners, along with funding pathways and investor readiness support, positioning Cohort 3 as a bridge between early stage creative studios and the capital and industry relationships needed to scale commercially. This combination of publisher and investor access addresses two of the most critical relationships gaming and animation studios need to build in order to move from a completed product toward sustainable commercial success.

Applications for CEGA’s Cohort 3 remain open, with founders encouraged to apply through cega.com.pk. The programme continues to operate through a public private partnership between Ministry Of IT and Telecommunication and Ignite National Technology Fund, with CEGA’s messaging framing the opportunity as a chance for founders to build their startup block by block, with the right people, resources, and ecosystem behind them.
