Devsinc Acquires Datics AI to Build Pakistan’s Most Comprehensive AI and Digital Transformation Powerhouse

Published on

Devsinc, Pakistan’s leading IT services and enterprise technology company, has completed the acquisition of Datics AI, one of the country’s most recognized AI-first technology firms. The move strengthens Pakistan’s profile on the global landscape for advanced data and AI-driven enterprise solutions, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the national tech ecosystem. This acquisition is the third major strategic deal announced by Devsinc in 2025, following earlier integrations of Alchemative and Cloud1, reflecting a deliberate and structured approach to building a world-class, end-to-end digital transformation and AI powerhouse.

Datics AI, celebrated for its innovation-driven culture, earned the title of Best Software House 2022 by the President of Pakistan. The company was founded by Umair Majeed, recipient of the Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 award, and has built strong credentials in areas such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and emerging agentic AI systems. With the acquisition, Umair Majeed joins Devsinc as SVP Growth, while former Chief Technology Officer, Rana Umar Majeed, moves into the role of SVP, AI Enablement & Transformation. Their addition broadens Devsinc’s capability set at a time when global demand for data analytics is projected to expand significantly, with the industry expected to reach USD 402.70 billion by 2032.

According to Usman Asif, Global CEO of Devsinc, the acquisition enhances the company’s ability to support enterprise clients worldwide with next-generation AI solutions. He shared that integrating Datics AI’s proven expertise and talent allows Devsinc to build one of the region’s strongest data and AI engines. Asif emphasized that the acquisition represents a long-term investment in Pakistan’s technological advancement, positioning the country to play a more meaningful role in the global AI economy while strengthening Devsinc’s presence across North America, the Middle East, Europe, and APAC.

Datics AI founder, Umair Majeed, remarked that the combined strengths of the two companies will enable the creation of AI solutions aligned with global enterprise standards while spotlighting the growing technical capabilities emerging from Pakistan. He highlighted that integrating agentic AI proficiency with Devsinc’s extensive delivery network will allow the teams to introduce transformative, enterprise-grade technologies to fast-growing international markets. Majeed noted that the combined entity aims to set new benchmarks for how Pakistani companies can compete and innovate within the global AI sector.

With Datics AI’s deep expertise and Devsinc’s delivery capacity at scale, the unified teams will cater to a wide spectrum of industries. This includes healthcare, finance, retail, telecommunications, automotive, and multiple public-sector transformation initiatives. Their combined services portfolio will cover predictive analytics, enterprise machine learning applications, agentic AI architectures, and real-time data platforms, supporting organizations in accelerating data-driven decision making and operational efficiency across diverse global markets.
