EntropyandCo Builds AI Workflow Platform Aurix Backed by National Incubation Center Lahore

Published on

EntropyandCo, a startup founded by Hussain Arslan and Hassan Raza, has built an artificial intelligence powered workflow orchestration platform called Aurix, designed to help teams manage and streamline business processes across their organisations. The company has grown its base to include both startups scaling their operations and larger enterprises looking to reduce friction in day to day workflows, positioning Aurix as a tool that brings together artificial intelligence and interface design to make internal processes run more smoothly.

Hussain Arslan serves as Co-Founder of EntropyandCo, working alongside Hassan Raza as the two lead the development and direction of the company. The startup was built around the idea of applying artificial intelligence to the kind of repetitive coordination work that slows teams down, and Aurix has since been adopted by organisations of varying sizes, from smaller startups managing lean operations to larger companies handling more complex, enterprise level workflows.

EntropyandCo’s development has taken place in Lahore, where the founders have worked with National Incubation Center Lahore as part of their journey building the company. National Incubation Center Lahore operates under the LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship and has supported a range of startups working across sectors including agriculture technology, education technology, financial inclusion, healthcare, and artificial intelligence, with EntropyandCo forming part of this broader group of companies that have gone through the incubator’s mentorship and support structure.

The platform Aurix has been described by its founders as an intelligent ecosystem that orchestrates workflows across teams, combining automation with a focus on usability so that business processes require less manual oversight to function properly. The product has moved beyond its early stage origins to serve what the company describes as thousands of teams globally, spanning industries where operational efficiency and process automation have become priorities for both smaller companies and larger corporate structures.

The startup’s association with National Incubation Center Lahore reflects a broader pattern seen among technology companies based in Lahore, where founders often rely on incubators for early access to mentorship, workspace, and industry connections before scaling their products independently. EntropyandCo’s growth from an early idea into a functioning platform used across multiple sectors places it among a group of Pakistan based startups that have built artificial intelligence driven products with support drawn from the country’s incubation infrastructure.
