Foster Learning has opened applications for its USA Business and Leadership Delegation 2027, an exclusive international leadership mission designed to connect Pakistan’s emerging leaders with global innovation, entrepreneurship and business networks. The programme is open to entrepreneurs, professionals, educators, business leaders and emerging leaders looking to expand their global perspective and leadership capabilities through direct engagement with organisations and institutions across the United States.
The delegation will travel across three US destinations, New York, Texas and Miami, each offering a different thematic focus, with New York centred on innovation, opportunity and impact, Texas built around enterprise, growth and connection, and Miami focused on culture, collaboration and future outlook. Travel dates for the programme are set for April 3 to 13, 2027, giving selected delegates roughly ten days across the three cities to engage in the programme’s various activities.
Programme highlights include leadership and professional development sessions, business and institutional visits, university engagements, and exposure to innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems within each city. The programme also includes professional networking opportunities and cultural experiences, alongside a certificate of participation for delegates who complete the programme. Additional support includes visa facilitation and coordination for accommodation, meals and travel, easing the logistical burden on delegates as they prepare for an extended international trip.
Ideal participants for the programme include emerging leaders, young professionals, entrepreneurs and startup founders, business executives, education leaders, social enterprise leaders and corporate professionals, with a minimum age requirement of 21 for applicants. Participation is determined through a competitive, merit based selection process, with only 15 delegates ultimately chosen to take part, and the programme is open to applicants of all nationalities rather than being restricted to Pakistani participants alone.
