INNOVentures Global is hosting the second session of their Women Founders Wellness Series, “Harmony in Hustle: Mental Wellness for Women Founders.” The event will take place online on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at 10:00 AM PST.

This session is designed to address the unique mental health challenges faced by female entrepreneurs.  With statistics indicating that nearly half of women founders experience conditions like depression and anxiety, INNOVentures Global aims to provide valuable resources and strategies for managing these concerns.

The event will feature Dr. Ayesha Mian, a renowned psychiatrist, who will share her expertise on incorporating mental wellness into the entrepreneurial journey. Participants will gain practical tools and techniques to manage stress, maintain emotional well-being, and achieve success without sacrificing their mental health.

“Entrepreneurship can be incredibly rewarding,” said a spokesperson for INNOVentures Global, “but it’s also demanding. We want to provide women founders with the support they need to thrive, both personally and professionally.”
