Health-tech startup PulseQ has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sasti Dentistry, also known as Dr. SK, in Bahria Town Phase 7, marking the start of deployment for its clinic management and digital appointment system. The company says building health technology in Pakistan is not about sitting in a room writing code but about walking into clinics, talking to doctors and fixing the everyday friction at the reception desk. The agreement moves PulseQ from development into a live clinic setting, where its product will be tested against the real demands of daily patient flow.
In the coming days, the system goes live at the clinic with three main features. Online appointment scheduling is meant to replace the phone call chaos that often dominates front desks, allowing patients to book without waiting on a line. A digital patient history gives staff complete dental records in seconds, instead of leaving them buried in paper files that are slow to find and easy to misplace. Reception and administration portals, built to cut waiting times, complete the package by giving front desk staff a single place to manage the day’s patients.
These problems are familiar to anyone who has visited a small clinic. Paper registers, repeated phone calls and missing records slow down both staff and patients, and the lack of a shared system makes it hard to track appointments or treatment histories. By digitizing these routines, PulseQ aims to give clinics a simpler way to run their daily operations and give patients a smoother experience from booking to treatment. Dental practices, which depend on repeat visits and detailed treatment records, are a natural fit for this kind of tool.
PulseQ thanked the team at Sasti Dentistry for trusting it to digitize their workflow, and said that it is now moving on to the deployment phase. The rollout will be the first practical test of the system in a working clinic, and its results will show how well the product reduces waiting times and paperwork. For a young health-tech company, a signed agreement with a working dental clinic provides early evidence that its approach, built around close contact with doctors and reception staff, can work outside the development room.
