Ignite – National Technology Fund, under the Ministry of IT and Telecom (MOITT), has announced new career opportunities for professionals eager to make an impact in Pakistan’s growing technology and innovation ecosystem. The organization is seeking candidates for two key roles: Manager – Partnerships & Collaboration and Assistant Manager – Collaboration.

The announcement comes at a pivotal moment when Pakistan’s digital economy is expanding rapidly, and the role of strategic partnerships and ecosystem building has never been more critical. Ignite, known for spearheading initiatives such as the National Incubation Centers and the Pakistan Startup Fund, continues to play a leading role in empowering entrepreneurs, fostering digital skills, and accelerating the country’s journey toward a knowledge-based economy.

Both advertised roles are designed to strengthen collaboration within the tech ecosystem. The Manager – Partnerships & Collaboration will focus on building strategic alliances with industry leaders, investors, and government stakeholders, while the Assistant Manager – Collaboration will work on driving operational synergies and supporting ecosystem-wide engagement initiatives.

Ignite has set August 1, 2025 as the deadline for applications. Interested candidates are required to apply exclusively through the official National Job Portal (NJP) at njp.gov.pk. More details regarding eligibility, responsibilities, and application requirements are available at ignite.org.pk/careers.

Candidates passionate about innovation, technology partnerships, and driving digital transformation are strongly encouraged to apply. The roles not only provide a platform to contribute to national projects but also allow professionals to work closely with some of the most dynamic players in Pakistan’s startup and innovation ecosystem.

Ignite’s hiring campaign has already garnered attention from leading organizations and partners across the country. National Incubation Centers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, and for Aerospace Technologies have expressed support, highlighting how these positions will further strengthen the ecosystem. Affiliates such as the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), the Universal Service Fund, and the National Information Technology Board (NITB) are also aligned with Ignite’s vision of creating a more connected and competitive Digital Pakistan.

By filling these new roles, Ignite aims to enhance its ability to support startups, promote high-impact collaborations, and ensure that Pakistan’s technology landscape remains on a fast track toward sustainable growth.

For professionals seeking a career with purpose, these positions represent an opportunity to join a national mission that blends policy, innovation, and execution at scale.
