Ignite Invites Pakistani EdTech Startups To Apply For Bett UK 2027 Before 29 October

Ignite National Technology Fund, under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, has invited Pakistani EdTech startups to apply to take part in Bett UK 2027, which will be held from 20 to 22 January 2027 at ExCeL London. The call asks founders to showcase their education solutions, connect with educators, investors and industry leaders from around the world, and explore international collaborations and market opportunities. Applications close on 29 October 2026, and startups can apply through the application link or by scanning the QR code on the official poster.

Bett is one of the largest education technology events in the world and takes place every January in London. The 2026 edition welcomed more than 37,000 members of the global education community, including 14,000 education decision makers and over 700 exhibitors from about 130 countries. Its programme includes live demonstrations, talks on teaching and learning, and a connections programme that brings EdTech providers together with school leaders and buyers. For a Pakistani startup, a place at the event offers access to schools, ministries and investors that would be hard to reach through online contact alone.

The call fits Ignite’s broader effort to take Pakistani startups to international events. In recent weeks, it has brought five startups to TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, opened applications for Pakistani founders to attend other global showcases, and sent a delegation of startups to LEAP in Riyadh earlier this year. An education focus is a logical addition, since Pakistan has a large school-age population and a growing number of startups working on online learning, assessment, school management and skills training.

The announcement does not say how many startups will be selected, what support Ignite will provide or how the selection will be made, and founders who wish to apply should check the application form and the official channels of Ignite for the full terms. With the deadline set for 29 October, startups have about twelve days to submit.
