Ignite, a technology innovation and incubation fund operating under the Ministry of IT & Telecom, Government of Pakistan, has officially announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified and registered entities to conduct a third party assessment of the Digiskills.pk program. This initiative is designed to evaluate the program’s effectiveness in delivering digital skills training and enabling local talent to contribute meaningfully across diverse sectors including health, energy, agriculture, telecom, and finance.
Established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Ignite focuses on leveraging fourth industrial wave technologies to address local challenges while creating opportunities in emerging tech domains. The third party assessment is a critical step in ensuring transparency, program integrity, and measurable impact for Digiskills.pk, a flagship digital skills training platform aimed at equipping Pakistani youth with the necessary tools for success in the digital economy.
Interested bidders must be licensed, well-reputed organizations registered with tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Entities should demonstrate professional management expertise and relevant prior experience as detailed in the RFP documents. The proposal submission deadline is set for January 21, 2026, with sealed envelopes clearly indicating the RFP name to be delivered by 11:00 AM at Ignite’s designated procurement address. Additionally, submitting proposals through the electronic portal EPADs at eprocure.gov.pk is mandatory.
The proposal opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives, ensuring a transparent and accountable evaluation process.
