Ignite National Technology Fund, under the Ministry of IT and Telecom, is participating at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, bringing together ten promising Pakistani startups across artificial intelligence, SaaS and cloud computing, cybersecurity, RetailTech, Cleantech, and robotics. The delegation is showcasing Pakistan’s growing technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem at Hall 3, Booth E108, running from the thirty first of August to the third of September, twenty twenty six.
LEAP 2026 marks the summit’s fifth edition since it first launched in 2022, with organisers expecting more than two hundred fifty thousand attendees over the four days, alongside more than eighteen hundred technology companies, six hundred startups, and over nineteen hundred international investors. The scale of the event reflects Saudi Arabia’s continued investment in technology and innovation under its Vision 2030 economic transformation plan, positioning LEAP as one of the largest technology gatherings globally.
Ignite’s delegation forms part of a broader Pakistani presence at the summit, which also includes a dedicated pavilion featuring twenty technology companies through Pakistan Software Export Board and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, alongside other Pakistani firms and startups attending independently. Federal Minister for IT and Telecom Shaza Fatima Khawaja was also in Riyadh to attend LEAP 2026, reflecting high level government engagement alongside the startup delegation.
Among the companies attending as part of Ignite’s backed delegation is Stellisys, an operations and enterprise resource planning platform developed by FifthThought, whose co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Rajiv Pardhan said the company brought a Saudi specific version of its platform incorporating invoicing compliant with the Kingdom’s Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, alongside an artificial intelligence layer and migration tools for businesses moving off older systems. Karachi based MaalBardaar is also attending, bringing its digital supply chain logistics platform to the event, according to co-founder Faiz Hanif.
For several returning Pakistani companies, previous LEAP appearances have already translated into tangible business opportunities within Saudi Arabia, with startups looking beyond exhibition booths and networking toward securing clients, partnerships, and a more permanent foothold in the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding digital economy. Ignite’s continued sponsorship of Pakistani startups at LEAP reflects an ongoing strategy of using the summit as a platform to connect local ventures with global investors, technology leaders, and international markets, building on the organisation’s participation in previous editions of the event.
