Innovate Lab Day 2 Focuses On AI-Driven Marketing Strategies For Founders

Published on

Innovate Lab: AI for Founders is moving into its second day with a focused session on digital and performance marketing designed specifically for startup founders looking to optimize their marketing spend and achieve measurable results. While many startups assume marketing itself is the challenge, the session highlights that clarity, efficiency, and systemized processes are often the real obstacles to growth. Day 2 is structured to help founders apply AI intelligently across marketing channels, ensuring every click, rupee, and experiment contributes meaningfully to business objectives.

The session will be led by Ali Khan Swati, CMO of HybridDot and CEO of GoDukaan, who brings extensive experience in e-commerce, branding, and marketing strategy. Participants will explore how AI can enhance both organic and paid marketing efforts without excessive time or budget investment. The approach emphasizes funnel-based thinking, tracking performance from awareness through retention, and identifying drop-off points where intervention is needed. By integrating AI-driven insights, founders can make better decisions on budget allocation, ad optimization, and campaign planning, rather than relying on guesswork or vanity metrics.

Founders attending the session will also gain practical guidance on understanding attribution models, measuring stage-appropriate metrics such as customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, lifetime value, and retention. They will learn to dissect high-performing campaigns using AI tools, reverse-engineer their success, and implement smarter A/B testing strategies that are informed by data instead of assumptions. The session is designed to equip early-stage entrepreneurs with marketing systems that scale efficiently, reduce wasted spend, and improve decision-making in competitive markets where precision and insight are critical.

Scheduled for 22 January from 11 am to 1:45 pm, Day 2 of Innovate Lab promises to be a hands-on, results-oriented experience. Founders will leave with actionable frameworks for integrating AI into their marketing operations, improving campaign performance, and developing a data-driven approach to growth. By focusing on efficiency and clarity rather than just tactics, the session encourages startups to build marketing strategies that directly impact revenue, engagement, and long-term scalability. Applications for participation are being accepted through the official Innovate Lab portal, allowing founders to secure a place in a program tailored for practical learning and meaningful business outcomes.

This initiative reflects a broader trend in startup ecosystems toward combining technology and marketing expertise, ensuring founders are not only able to execute campaigns but can also systematically analyze, optimize, and scale their efforts with measurable results. By prioritizing AI-driven performance marketing and strategic planning, Innovate Lab aims to equip Pakistan’s emerging founders with the tools needed to compete effectively in increasingly complex digital markets.
