Inspiring Women, in collaboration with FAME, has announced the third cohort of Barhta Kaarobaar, a free two-day entrepreneurship bootcamp for women who are ready to take their businesses further. The programme will run on Friday, 23 October, and Saturday, 24 October 2026, at Kickstart, Xinhua Mall, Gulberg 3, Lahore. The organisers describe it as practical training with real world tools and support, aimed at women who are running a business and feel they should not have to work everything out alone. Participation costs nothing, which removes one of the most common barriers for small business owners who want to learn but cannot afford paid training.
The bootcamp is built around four steps, which the organisers sum up as learn, plan, apply and grow. Over the two days, participants will pick up practical skills, work with tools they can use in their own businesses straight away, and leave with a clear plan for what comes next. The Friday session runs from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, while the Saturday session starts earlier at 11:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM, giving attendees a full afternoon of training on the first day and a long working session on the second. By keeping the format short and intensive, the programme suits women who are managing a business alongside family and other responsibilities and cannot step away for weeks at a time.
There is also an incentive for those who do well. The top participants of the cohort will get a chance to showcase and sell their products at a pop-up bazaar organised by the team, which gives them a direct route to customers and an early test of what they have learned in the classroom. For home-based and small scale business owners, access to a live selling space can be as valuable as the training itself, because it allows them to meet buyers, collect feedback and build visibility without the cost of renting a shop. Seats are limited, and the organisers have asked interested women to apply early before places fill up.
Inspiring Women is a Lahore-based organisation that runs short term, intensive bootcamps for women of all ages, and it also offers internship and career programmes in Lahore and Karachi. Barhta Kaarobaar adds to that work by turning attention to women who already run businesses and want to grow them in a structured way. Applications for Cohort 3 are open through the link shared in the organisers’ social media bio, and women business owners in and around Lahore are encouraged to apply before the seats are taken.
