InvoZone Founder Furqan Aziz Joins NIC Faisalabad Gather and Grow Session

Published on

Furqan Aziz, Founder of InvoZone, joined NIC Faisalabad’s recent Gather and Grow session to connect with the incubator’s community of founders and share lessons drawn from his professional and entrepreneurial journey. The session brought Aziz into direct conversation with local founders, offering them a chance to hear firsthand from someone who has built a technology company from its early stages into a global operation with more than five hundred engineers.

Aziz founded InvoZone in 2014 with a focus on developing web and mobile applications for startups and larger corporations, growing the company into a global technology partner delivering software solutions across artificial intelligence, blockchain, and related emerging technologies. His journey began in Hasilpur, a small village in Pakistan, before moving through years of software development experience with international companies that eventually led him to establish InvoZone as its own independent venture.

During the Gather and Grow session, Aziz spoke about the realities of business growth and the kinds of decisions that shape long term success for a company, emphasising that building a successful business requires more than a strong initial idea. According to the discussion, adaptability, consistent execution, and the willingness to learn from setbacks were positioned as central themes, with Aziz encouraging participants to look beyond short term wins and instead approach entrepreneurship with a longer term sense of clarity and purpose.

The Gather and Grow initiative at NIC Faisalabad has continued to serve as a platform for bringing experienced professionals into direct contact with emerging founders, creating a space for exchange between people at different stages of their entrepreneurial journeys. By hosting founders such as Aziz, who has direct experience scaling a technology company from a small team into a five hundred person global organisation, the incubator aims to give its community access to practical insights that go beyond conventional startup advice.

The session was supported by Ministry Of IT and Telecommunication and Ignite National Technology Fund, both of which continue to back NIC Faisalabad’s ongoing programming aimed at strengthening the local founder community. Aziz’s participation adds to a growing list of established entrepreneurs who have engaged directly with NIC Faisalabad’s founders through the Gather and Grow format, reflecting the incubator’s continued focus on connecting emerging ventures with professionals who have already navigated the practical challenges of scaling a business.
