A recent video by Dr. Janine Bowring has shed light on a potential health risk associated with using a laptop while it’s charging. The doctor warns that prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) emitted by charging laptops can have negative effects on cellular health.

Dr. Bowring suggests that using a laptop while it’s plugged in can increase EMF exposure, potentially leading to decreased energy levels and even contributing to health issues like cancer. To mitigate these risks, she recommends taking breaks, spending time outdoors, and using airplane mode when possible.

Additionally, Dr. Bowring advises taking magnesium bisglycinate supplements to help protect cells from the harmful effects of EMF exposure.

It’s important to remember that prolonged sitting while using a laptop can also have negative health consequences, such as poor posture, weight gain, and musculoskeletal pain. To minimize these risks, it’s crucial to take regular breaks, stretch, and engage in physical activity.

By following these simple tips, you can reduce your exposure to EMF radiation and improve your overall health and well-being.
