National Incubation Center Faisalabad welcomed Farah Naz, Country Head of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, along with her delegation, for an engagement focused on exploring collaboration opportunities. The visit brought an international organization working on nutrition and food systems into contact with the center’s startup community, which is built around agriculture and textile technology.
During the visit, the delegation was given an introduction to the center’s AgriTech and TexTech startup ecosystem. This was followed by discussions on potential collaboration to support startup growth, innovation and industry impact. The focus on agriculture technology matters for an organization concerned with food systems, since startups in this area work on problems such as farming practices, supply chains and food production that connect directly to nutrition outcomes.
National Incubation Center Faisalabad said it looks forward to building meaningful collaboration with the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition to create new opportunities for startups. No specific agreement or program was announced, and the visit stayed at the stage of exploring how the two sides might work together. The center operates with the backing of the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication and Ignite, the National Technology Fund, and visits of this kind form part of its efforts to connect its startups with organizations that can offer expertise, networks and support.
