National Incubation Center Lahore has opened applications for Cohort 5, inviting founders to take their startup dream from what if to what’s next. The programme offers grants, global exposure, investor connections and room to grow, and it is aimed at founders who are ready to build seriously. Applications close on 31 October 2026, and interested founders can apply through the application link or by scanning the QR code on the official poster of the incubator.
The cohort programme lasts 12 months and combines structured mentorship, hands-on business development support, access to industry experts, investor connections and a pathway to commercialization. It begins with an incubation phase in which founders work on their product, team and market, and it moves on to an acceleration phase focused on growth and collaboration. Startups that perform well can look towards international acceleration at Plug and Play in Silicon Valley, which gives Lahore-based founders a route to a global network that is hard to reach from Pakistan on their own. Grants and investor access add the funding side, which many early stage teams find the hardest to arrange.
National Incubation Center Lahore is one of the national incubation centres established by Ignite National Technology Fund under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication. The centre is supported by NetSol Technologies Limited and Habib Bank Limited, together with Plug and Play Tech Center, Daftarkhwan, Beaconhouse National University and the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. This mix of technology, banking, coworking and academic institutions gives startups access to workspace, mentors, financial services guidance, potential customers and talent from universities.
The incubator also runs investor facing events for its network, including The Deal Room: Lahore on 26 October, which brings founders with traction into a room with investors. For early stage teams in Lahore and across Punjab, joining a cohort means being part of a group of startups at a similar stage, sharing leads and solving problems together while working with mentors and investors. With the deadline set for 31 October, founders who have been thinking about applying have a little over two weeks to submit.
