NIC Hyderabad Hosts Outreach Session for Sindh Sarmaya Programme

Published on

NIC Hyderabad was pleased to host an Outreach and Information Session for the Sindh Sarmaya Programme, organized by SEED Ventures. The session brought together aspiring entrepreneurs to learn more about the programme, covering its objectives, eligibility criteria, application process, available support, and financing opportunities, giving prospective applicants a clear picture of what the programme actually offers before they commit to preparing an application.

Representatives from partner financial institutions also engaged with participants during the session, sharing insights into business development and the resources available to help entrepreneurs move their ideas forward. This direct involvement from financial institutions gave attendees a more concrete understanding of the funding and support mechanisms behind the Sindh Sarmaya Programme, moving beyond a purely informational overview into a conversation with the actual institutions positioned to support participants’ businesses going forward.

It’s always encouraging to see initiatives that connect aspiring founders with the knowledge, networks, and opportunities they need to begin their entrepreneurial journey, reflecting NIC Hyderabad’s broader role in hosting outreach sessions for external programmes that extend support to entrepreneurs beyond its own core incubation cohort. By opening its venue to sessions like this one, NIC Hyderabad continues to serve as a convening point for the region’s broader entrepreneurship ecosystem rather than limiting its activities strictly to its own resident startups.

NIC Hyderabad thanked SEED Ventures for bringing this session to the incubation center and expressed anticipation for seeing more innovators take the next step toward building sustainable businesses. The session was supported by the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, PTCL, LMKT, and Tech Destination Pakistan, continuing the pattern of institutional backing behind NIC Hyderabad’s outreach efforts aimed at widening access to entrepreneurship support across the region.
