NIC Hyderabad Hosts Session on Business Strategy and Technology Alignment

Published on

NIC Hyderabad is hosting a session titled Growing Smarter with Business Strategy and Tech, scheduled for the twenty seventh of August, twenty twenty six, running from two in the afternoon until three, at NIC Hyderabad. The session, part of a segment called The Tech Advantage, will feature Shoaib Rehman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Virtusoft.pk, exploring how businesses can align technology with their broader goals.

The session is built around the premise that having strong technology alone is not sufficient for sustainable business growth, with organisers framing the discussion around the idea that strategy and technology need to work hand in hand rather than being treated as separate considerations. This framing positions the session as relevant for founders who may have already invested in technology tools or platforms but have not necessarily connected those investments to a clear strategic direction.

Rehman’s session will explore how businesses can align technology with their goals, make smarter decisions, and turn tech into a real driver of growth, giving participants practical guidance on bridging the gap between technical capability and business strategy. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Virtusoft.pk, Rehman brings direct experience building and leading a technology focused company, positioning him to speak to both sides of the strategy and technology relationship from firsthand experience.

The session’s focus on connecting strategy with technology reflects a common challenge many growing businesses face, where technology adoption often occurs without a clear strategic framework guiding how those tools should ultimately support broader business objectives. By addressing this gap directly, the session aims to help founders and business leaders make more intentional decisions about how they invest in and deploy technology within their own ventures.

The event is supported by Ministry Of IT and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, LMKT, PTCL, and Tech Destination Pakistan, reflecting the institutional network tied to NIC Hyderabad’s ongoing programming. Those interested in attending can register through the link shared as part of the announcement at https://lnkd.in/dSh7zXyD, with the session adding to NIC Hyderabad’s continued effort to bring practical business and technology guidance directly to its founder community.
