NIC Islamabad marked the completion of its Cohort 4 Acceleration Program with a graduation ceremony celebrating founders who took an idea, a product, or an early-stage business and turned it into something more developed, equipped with the skills, knowledge, connections and confidence to take it further. Framed not as a finish line but as a new starting point, the ceremony closed out a journey the organizers described as one of learning, refining, testing and growing for the 18 startups that made up the cohort.
Project Director Sayyed Ahmad Masud shared remarks with the graduating startups, reminding them that their relationship with NIC Islamabad does not end with graduation, and that the incubator will continue to stay connected, share relevant opportunities, and support the startups as they grow. The ceremony also recognized the coaches who worked closely with founders throughout the programme, helping them understand their pain points, work through challenges, and make better decisions along the way, acknowledging the behind-the-scenes mentorship that often shapes a cohort’s outcomes as much as any single milestone event.
One of the most meaningful parts of the ceremony involved sitting down with each startup to look back at their journey, comparing where they started to where they now stand. Through their presentations, attendees saw the progress, the pivots, the learning and the growth that brought each founder to this moment, giving the ceremony a reflective quality beyond simply handing out certificates. Special thanks were extended to Salar Malik and Umayr Masud for being part of the celebration, and to Master of Ceremonies Muazima Batool Agha for keeping the event engaging throughout. Every startup received a graduation certificate along with a keepsake from NIC Islamabad.
Cohort 4 includes Dakia.ai, Scoutrex, Truck ADDA, UPLAW.PK, Stayovers.pk, Axon Estate, CallRolin, eTaps, GenImage, Horizon Preps, Latent, OfficeFlowAi, Pak Organic Life, PromptoFlow, Sehat AI Bridge, Suppliers Catalog, Vyrr AI, Zeromatics and AquaTech Fisheries. With graduation complete, NIC Islamabad is encouraging the cohort to take the skills they’ve gained, use the opportunities ahead, and continue building, framing this chapter’s completion as the real starting point for each startup’s next phase of growth. The programme continues to be supported by the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, Tech Destination Pakistan and Ignite National Technology Fund.
