NIC Islamabad Hosts Go-To-Market Session for Founders

Published on

Building a great product is only half the journey. The real challenge begins when it’s time to get it into the hands of customers. As Founder Institute Cohort 5 continues at NIC Islamabad, founders will dive into Go-To-Market and Scale, a session focused on turning innovative products into businesses that grow rather than remaining technically impressive but commercially stagnant.

From product launches and customer acquisition to marketing strategies and sustainable scaling, founders will gain practical insights into what it takes to successfully enter the market and build lasting traction. This session addresses a stage of the startup journey where many technically strong founders struggle, having built a functional product but lacking the go-to-market discipline needed to translate that product into a sustainably growing customer base.

The session will be led by industry leaders Dr Mohsin Zahid, Founder and CEO of Neuron Solutions, Bilal Asif, Founder of ConnectGenie AI, and Umar Dhudra, Chief Vice President at Relymer, who will share real-world lessons on navigating growth, reaching customers, and scaling with purpose. This combination of speakers brings founder-level experience across different company stages and sectors, giving Cohort 5 founders exposure to a range of practical go-to-market approaches rather than a single formulaic scaling playbook.

Because the best products don’t just get built, they get adopted, trusted, and scaled, the session captures a core principle often missing from early-stage founder education, that market entry and growth require just as much deliberate strategy as the initial product development phase. Scheduled for August 4, 2026, from 2 to 5 in the afternoon, the session is supported by the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, Tech Destination Pakistan, and Ignite National Technology Fund, continuing NIC Islamabad’s structured mentorship programming for its Founder Institute Cohort 5 participants.
