NIC Karachi Hosts Executive Presence Workshop for Startup Founders

Published on

NIC Karachi is set to host an exclusive workshop titled “Show Up as the CEO You Are (or Aspire to Be)” on 26th December at 3:00 PM, offering startup founders a focused session on executive presence, professional grooming, and founder leadership. The session will be led by Naureen Ghaffar, CEO of N.G Marketing, and aims to equip entrepreneurs with practical skills to build credibility, confidence, and influence in investor meetings, panels, and media interactions.

As Pakistan’s startup ecosystem continues to grow, the need for founders to demonstrate executive presence has become increasingly important. This session is designed to help founders understand how posture, tone, and gravitas impact perceptions, and how strategic self-presentation can influence outcomes across business engagements. Founders will also learn the nuances of dressing for influence, mastering on-camera presence, and strengthening professional credibility through etiquette and communication skills.

The workshop will include hands-on coaching in body language, voice modulation, and role-play scenarios simulating investor pitches, boardroom entry, and media interviews. By emphasizing authentic leadership while managing professional perceptions, participants will gain insights into how to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and represent their startups effectively in high-stakes environments. The program combines practical exercises with actionable takeaways, enabling founders to immediately apply techniques to their professional interactions.

NIC Karachi highlights that this session is particularly valuable for early-stage founders looking to refine their leadership approach and project confidence across multiple platforms. By focusing on both visible and subtle aspects of executive presence, the workshop seeks to help founders navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship while enhancing their ability to influence, inspire, and secure opportunities. Interested participants can register for the session via Reserve Your Spot for Founder Workshop.

Through initiatives like this, NIC Karachi continues to strengthen Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing founders access to expert guidance, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. As startups compete for attention, capital, and talent, mastering executive presence and professional grooming becomes a strategic advantage, enabling founders to project credibility, engage effectively with stakeholders, and lead with confidence in both local and global contexts.
