Participants will work through a preliminary legal checklist based on their own business ideas, allowing them to apply the session’s concepts directly to their own ventures rather than absorbing purely theoretical guidance. The session will also include a startup case study centered on a legal challenge and its possible solutions, giving founders a concrete example of how legal issues can surface in practice and how they might be resolved before escalating into larger disputes or compliance failures.
