NIC Karachi will host an online curriculum session titled Show Up as the CEO You Are, or Aspire to Be, scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The session will feature Sukaina Abbas, CEO and Founder of Enchanté, who will guide founders through building a confident and credible professional presence across pitches, investor meetings, panels, media interactions and everyday business communication. The session forms part of NIC Karachi’s ongoing curriculum for its incubated cohort, reflecting a growing recognition that technical and financial readiness alone are not enough for founders navigating high stakes investor and public facing settings.
Participants will explore the practical building blocks of executive presence, including body language, tone of voice, professional style, on camera communication and founder etiquette. These are areas that often go unaddressed in traditional founder training, yet can significantly influence how a founder is perceived by investors, media and industry peers during critical moments such as pitch competitions, panel discussions and press interactions. By breaking executive presence into specific, learnable components, the session aims to give founders concrete tools rather than abstract advice about confidence.
A central focus of the session will be helping founders manage how they are professionally perceived while remaining authentic in different business settings, a balance that can be particularly difficult for early stage founders who are simultaneously building a company and shaping a public facing identity. Rather than encouraging founders to adopt a rehearsed or artificial persona, the session is designed to help them project confidence and credibility in a way that still reflects their genuine style and values across varied professional contexts.
The session is open for registration through the provided link and is being held under NIC Karachi’s Cohort 16 programming, with continued support from the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, Ignite National Technology Fund, and Tech Destination Pakistan, along with private sector collaborators LMKT, LuckyOne Mall and Orbit Ventures. The pairing of this session with NIC Karachi’s other recent curriculum offerings suggests a deliberate effort to round out founder development beyond technical and financial skills, extending into the communication and presentation abilities that increasingly shape how startups are perceived in competitive funding and media environments.
