HiringMine, a startup co-founded by Jaffar Aman, who serves as Chief Technology Officer, is building an artificial intelligence powered recruitment platform aimed at transforming how companies discover and hire talent. The startup, currently part of Cohort 15 at National Incubation Center Karachi, has built its product around AI driven matching, talent discovery, and workflow based hiring processes designed to make recruitment more efficient for both employers and job seekers.
The platform has grown to more than six thousand users and over three thousand active job listings, with more than one hundred and eighty recruiters using the platform to source and manage candidates. HiringMine has also built a meaningful base of organic traffic, drawing approximately one hundred thousand monthly visits, figures that point to a platform that has moved beyond early testing and into active use by a growing base of recruiters and job seekers.
HiringMine’s approach centres on building what its founders describe as a gamified recruitment ecosystem, an approach intended to make the hiring process more engaging for both sides of the market while remaining focused on producing measurable, outcome driven results for recruiters. By combining AI powered matching with a more interactive user experience, the startup is positioning itself within a segment of Pakistan’s HR technology space that has increasingly moved toward automation and smarter candidate matching rather than relying solely on traditional job board style listings.
Aman’s role as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer places him at the centre of the platform’s technical development, with HiringMine’s growth to six thousand users and one hundred eighty active recruiters reflecting early traction for a startup still operating within its incubation cohort at NIC Karachi. The platform’s combination of AI matching and workflow driven hiring tools suggests an effort to address inefficiencies that persist across Pakistan’s broader recruitment and hiring landscape, where connecting the right candidates with the right roles efficiently remains a persistent challenge for both companies and job seekers.
The announcement was shared alongside acknowledgements of Tech Destination Pakistan, Ministry Of IT and Telecommunication, Ignite National Technology Fund, LMKT, LuckyOne Mall, and Orbit Ventures, reflecting the institutional network tied to NIC Karachi’s Cohort 15 programming. HiringMine’s current user and traffic figures position it as one of the more actively used startups within its cohort, with its continued growth expected to be shaped by how effectively it can scale its AI matching capabilities and recruiter base across Pakistan’s job market.
