NIC Lahore Startup SwiftScanPay Opens Hiring for QA Intern Role

Published on

SwiftScanPay, a startup incubated at National Incubation Center Lahore, has opened hiring for a QA Intern position, offering a full time, on site internship based in Lahore aimed at supporting the company’s software quality and testing functions. The role gives candidates an opportunity to gain hands on experience in quality assurance while working directly within a startup environment building a real world software product.

The position is structured as an unpaid internship, with the company specifically seeking detail oriented candidates who can contribute to the testing processes involved in maintaining and improving the quality of SwiftScanPay’s software product. As a QA Intern, the selected candidate would be expected to support hands on testing work, helping the company identify and address issues within its product before they reach end users.

SwiftScanPay’s presence within NIC Lahore places it among the incubator’s broader cohort of startups working across sectors including fintech, given the company’s name and focus suggesting a product tied to payment or transaction processing. NIC Lahore, which operates under the LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship and is backed by NetSol Technologies alongside a consortium of industry partners, has continued to support a wide range of startups working on financial technology, software, and other emerging technology products.

Interested candidates have been directed to apply by sending their applications directly to hiranasim28@gmail.com, with the announcement framing the opportunity as a way for detail oriented individuals to kickstart a career in technology and quality assurance. The internship’s unpaid structure reflects a common model among early stage startups operating within incubator environments, where hands on experience and mentorship are offered in place of direct compensation.

The hiring call was shared alongside acknowledgements of Ministry Of IT and Telecom, Pakistan Software Export Board, Ignite National Technology Fund, NETSOL Technologies, HBL, and several individuals and institutions associated with NIC Lahore’s consortium, including Beaconhouse National University and University of Engineering and Technology Lahore. SwiftScanPay’s hiring announcement adds to the broader pattern of NIC Lahore startups using the incubator’s network to reach potential candidates for early career roles within their growing teams.
