NIC Peshawar Hosts Product Development Session for Founders

Published on

From ideas to products that solve real problems, NIC Peshawar is bringing Gul Jabeen from Hyly.AI to join its startups for an insightful session on product development. The session will explore how founders can validate ideas, understand user needs, and build solutions that are ready for the market, addressing a stage of the startup journey that often determines whether a technically sound idea actually translates into a product customers genuinely want.

As Director Engineering at Hyly.AI, Jabeen brings a technical leadership perspective to the session, one shaped by direct experience overseeing engineering decisions within an AI-focused company. This kind of background gives founders exposure to how product development decisions are actually made within a functioning technology organisation, moving beyond abstract product management frameworks toward practical guidance grounded in real engineering and product trade-offs.

The session’s focus on idea validation and understanding user needs addresses a common pitfall among early-stage founders, who often move directly into building without first confirming that their proposed solution genuinely addresses a problem users are willing to pay to solve. By grounding the session in these foundational product development principles, NIC Peshawar is giving Cohort 15 founders a structured opportunity to step back and reassess their own assumptions before committing further resources to building out features or functionality that may not ultimately serve real market needs.

Scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 2:30 in the afternoon, the session is supported by Ignite National Technology Fund, the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, LMKR, LMKT, Orbit Startups, Accelerate Prosperity, Sybrid, IM Sciences, Rehman Medical Institute, CECOS University, and Frontier Platinum. Interested participants can register at https://luma.com/2na0psl8, with the session continuing NIC Peshawar’s broader Cohort 15 programming aimed at giving founders practical, execution-focused guidance across different stages of building their startups.
