NIC Quetta Conducts Startup Mentorship Session On Customer Acquisition And Retention Strategies

Published on

National Incubation Center Quetta recently organized a group mentorship session for startups as part of its post incubation mentoring series, focusing on customer acquisition and retention strategies that are widely considered essential for sustainable business growth. The session brought together founders associated with the incubation center to discuss practical approaches for building strong customer pipelines, strengthening brand engagement, and developing long term customer relationships in competitive markets.

The mentoring session was conducted by Badar Khushnood, co founder of Fishry and Bramerz Digital, who shared insights drawn from his experience in digital marketing and the startup ecosystem. During the discussion, founders explored strategies aimed at improving customer outreach through digital platforms while also learning methods to maintain user engagement and loyalty over time. Participants discussed various aspects of building scalable acquisition frameworks, identifying suitable digital channels, and creating customer experiences that encourage long term retention. The session also allowed founders to raise specific operational challenges faced by their startups and receive guidance on improving their customer engagement models.

Customer acquisition and retention are increasingly recognized as key areas of focus for early stage companies that aim to grow beyond their initial user base. Startups often rely on digital platforms and data driven marketing approaches to reach potential customers while maintaining communication with existing users. During the session, founders examined ways to refine marketing strategies, strengthen digital presence, and align product offerings with customer expectations. These discussions also highlighted the importance of understanding consumer behavior and continuously adapting business strategies to respond to changing market conditions.

The mentorship session formed part of National Incubation Center Quetta’s broader effort to support startups even after the formal incubation period ends. Through post incubation mentoring initiatives, founders continue to receive guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and technology experts who help them navigate the challenges associated with scaling their ventures. Such initiatives are aimed at ensuring that early stage startups are able to convert initial traction into sustainable growth by strengthening business fundamentals and operational strategies.

National Incubation Center Quetta operates in collaboration with Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences and is supported by Ignite National Technology Fund under Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication Pakistan. The incubation center also works with academic and industry partners including Lahore University of Management Sciences to provide training, mentorship, and access to professional networks for emerging entrepreneurs in Balochistan.

Through initiatives such as mentorship sessions, training programs, and networking opportunities, National Incubation Center Quetta continues to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship within the region. By connecting founders with experienced mentors and industry practitioners, the center aims to help startups strengthen their business models, refine growth strategies, and develop solutions capable of contributing to the broader technology and innovation ecosystem in Pakistan.
