NIC Sialkot’s Cohort 1 startups joined a Founder Institute session on Vision and Mission with Murtaza Zaidi, Chief Executive Officer of CyberVision International and Managing Partner of NIC Sialkot, giving founders direct access to guidance from someone deeply embedded in both the incubator’s operations and Pakistan’s broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. The session, held on the fourth of September at NIC Sialkot, focused on helping founders establish clarity around their venture’s core purpose and direction.
Zaidi is a serial entrepreneur with more than twenty five years of experience building ventures across technology, hospitality, AI, and innovation. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CyberVision International, a technology consulting firm, he is engaged in managing National Incubation Centers, building information systems, and delivering large scale technology and digital skills programmes, giving him direct operational insight into how incubation ecosystems function across multiple regions of Pakistan.
Beyond CyberVision International, Zaidi leads Zesora Hospitality, a boutique luxury hospitality brand developing experiential properties across Northern Pakistan, including Zesora Nathiagali and a new one hundred and twenty room resort in Khanaspur-Ayubia. He is also co-founder of EcoEdge AI, a UAE based technology company using artificial intelligence to optimise HVAC and energy efficiency across large real estate assets, reflecting a portfolio that spans technology consulting, hospitality development, and applied AI across multiple international markets.
Zaidi has played a significant role in Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem beyond his own ventures. As Honorary President of TiE Islamabad, he established WECREATE Pakistan, one of the country’s first incubation spaces dedicated to women entrepreneurs, and led Startup Cup Pakistan, supporting thousands of aspiring founders nationwide. Earlier, in 2010, he founded Quantum GeoServices, a Singapore based geophysical technology company providing advanced 2D, 3D, and 4D seismic solutions to international oil and gas clients.
The session was supported by Founder Institute, Mobilink Bank, and CyberVision International, alongside Ignite National Technology Fund and Ministry Of IT and Telecom, reflecting the institutional network tied to NIC Sialkot’s Cohort 1 programming. Given Zaidi’s direct role as Managing Partner of NIC Sialkot, the session offered founders a rare opportunity to learn foundational business strategy directly from someone shaping the incubator’s own strategic direction.
