National Incubation Center Sialkot is hosting a live training session titled Digitising Exports: Navigating Cross-Border Shipping from Origin to Customer for the startups it incubates, with the aim of helping founders in the city take their products to international markets. The session will be held on Google Meet on October 20, 2026, from 11 AM to 12 PM, and will be led by speaker Fawad Haider. It is being delivered in partnership with Fulflit, a technology-driven cross-border shipping platform built for e-commerce brands and small and medium enterprises.
Sialkot has long been known for its manufacturing strength, but NIC Sialkot says that taking products global also depends on smooth supply chain execution, which is where many young companies run into difficulty. The training is designed to show founders how cross-border logistics works in practice, from the point where a product leaves the seller to the moment it reaches the customer abroad. For startups that are still building their export capacity, the practical steps involved in shipping, warehousing and customs handling are often as important as the product itself.
According to the announcement, the session will cover direct shipping, international warehousing and ways of cutting logistics costs through a single platform. Founders will learn how to scale into markets such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and the United States, which are among the main destinations for Pakistani exports and for e-commerce sellers looking to reach overseas buyers. The announcement did not give details on how many startups will take part or whether the session will include any follow-up support from Fulflit, so the longer-term outcome of the collaboration is not yet clear.
NIC Sialkot operates with the backing of the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication and Ignite National Technology Fund, with CyberVision International and Mobilink Bank among the partners acknowledged in the announcement. The session reflects an effort by the center to connect Sialkot’s startups with practical logistics tools, on the view that the city’s manufacturing base can be turned into a stronger export pipeline if young founders have the skills to manage global supply chains.
