NICAT Hosts Founder Session With Abdullah Nasir For Cybertech

Published on

National Incubation Center for Aerospace Technologies in Rawalpindi is hosting an exclusive one on one session titled Cracking the Code, Founder 1:1 for Cybertech Graduates, featuring Abdullah Nasir, founder and chief executive officer of iSEEWAVES. The session is designed specifically for cybertech graduates looking to move from academic training into a functioning career in an industry where formal education often leaves a gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical judgment required to operate effectively in real cybersecurity roles.

Nasir brings direct credibility to the topic as a certified ethical hacker who has built iSEEWAVES around cyber physical systems, and his prior public speaking, including a session on cyber risk management at a WordPress Islamabad meetup, has consistently emphasized that modern cybersecurity extends well beyond simple protection into continuous risk assessment and management. That framing is likely to carry into this session, positioning cybersecurity not as a fixed set of defensive techniques graduates memorize but as an ongoing discipline requiring ongoing judgment calls, an important distinction for graduates transitioning from structured coursework into unpredictable real world environments.

The session is structured around a 1:1 founder format rather than a conventional lecture, giving cybertech graduates direct access to Nasir’s insights on navigating the industry and scaling a tech career, an approach that allows for more targeted, individualized guidance than a standard panel discussion typically permits. This kind of format has become increasingly common across Pakistan’s incubation ecosystem as centers look for ways to give graduates access to founders who have already built and scaled ventures within the specific sector graduates are entering, rather than relying on generic career advice disconnected from a particular technical domain.

The event takes place on September 10, 2026, at Old Airport Road, Old Chaklala Cantt, Rawalpindi, and is supported by Ignite National Technology Fund, Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, NETSOL Technologies, National Aerospace Science and Technology Park, Air University, and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra. The session adds to NICAT’s ongoing programming aimed at connecting aerospace and cybertech innovators with practical, industry facing guidance, following its earlier Lab X initiative that brought AsRa Tech engineers to train drone and aerospace innovators at the same facility.
