NUST Startup Kodifly Raises $750K for AI Transport Solutions

Kodifly, an AI startup incubated at the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP), has secured a significant investment of USD 750,000 from Laidlaw Scholars Ventures. The company specializes in using AI to enhance infrastructure management and safety within the transportation sector.

Founded by former Laidlaw Scholars Henry Wong and Muhammad Saad Shahid Anwel, Kodifly employs LiDAR AI models to develop innovative solutions for traffic management, environmental monitoring, and overall infrastructure optimization. The company’s technology offers valuable insights to transport managers, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.

The fresh investment will fuel Kodifly’s expansion beyond the railway sector into airports and highways. The startup aims to leverage the advanced facilities at the NSTP AI Tower to further develop its AI technologies and expand its market reach.

The recognition from Laidlaw Scholars Ventures is a testament to Kodifly’s potential to revolutionize the transportation industry through AI.
