OfficeFlow AI, one of the ten promising Pakistani startups showcased by Ignite at LEAP 2026, has signed a strategic contract with Maritime Industrial Services Arabia for the digital transformation of multiple business processes across its facilities in Saudi Arabia. The deal marks a significant milestone for the startup, converting its presence at the summit directly into a concrete commercial engagement with a major Saudi enterprise.
Maritime Industrial Services Arabia is one of Saudi Arabia’s leading critical process equipment manufacturers, serving major economic drivers including Saudi Aramco and SABIC, with a workforce of more than two thousand employees. Securing a contract with a company of this scale gives OfficeFlow AI a credible reference client within Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector, potentially opening doors to further engagements with similarly large enterprises operating in the region.
OfficeFlow AI’s core product centres on an AI powered office management system with more than seventy agents spanning departmental functions including human resources, finance, procurement, quality, sales and marketing, and operations. Its automation capabilities, previously developed and refined through Pakistan’s National Science and Technology Park incubation programme, are now being applied directly to MIS’s Saudi based facilities, extending the platform’s reach into a new international market and industrial context.
This milestone highlights the growing impact of AI powered Pakistani solutions in international markets, helping enterprises drive greater efficiency, automation, and smarter decision making. The contract reflects a broader pattern emerging from this year’s LEAP summit, where several Pakistani startups have moved beyond exhibition booths and networking toward securing tangible business outcomes within Saudi Arabia’s rapidly expanding digital economy.
Through its participation at LEAP 2026, Ignite, under the Ministry of IT and Telecom, is creating platforms for Pakistani startups to connect with global businesses, explore new markets, and build meaningful international partnerships. OfficeFlow AI’s contract with MIS adds to a growing list of concrete outcomes emerging from Pakistan’s substantial presence at this year’s summit, following Edversity’s recently announced strategic investment from Rapidev Group, reinforcing the value Pakistani startups are extracting from their engagement at major international technology platforms.
