The startup’s approach centres on taking over the kind of repetitive, process driven work that typically consumes staff time without requiring significant strategic input, freeing teams to focus more directly on higher value work such as planning, decision making, and growth related activities. By building automation around six distinct departmental functions rather than a single use case, OfficeFlowAi has positioned its product as a broader office operations layer rather than a narrow point solution aimed at just one business function.
OfficeFlowAi’s development has taken place through National Science and Technology Park, where the startup went through the Hatch 8 incubation cohort before being awarded the Startup Excellence Award among nine graduating startups at the programme’s graduation and demo day. The recognition marked a notable milestone for the company as it moved from incubation into its next phase, with the startup subsequently transitioning from the Hatch 8 programme into Cube 8, a further stage within National Science and Technology Park’s support structure for growing startups.
