OPEN Global Opens Registration For Annual Conference On Women Entrepreneurs Well Being And Resilience

Published on

OPEN Global has opened registration for its Annual Women’s Conference, which this year turns the focus from building businesses to sustaining the women who build them. The conference, titled Women Entrepreneurs’ Well-Being and Resilience, will be held online on 19 November 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and interested participants can sign up through the registration link. Women and men from all communities have been invited to join the discussion.

The theme begins with a simple observation, that women sustain businesses, families and communities, and the organisers ask who is sustaining them in return. They say that sustainable businesses need sustainable women, who are mentally and physically well, emotionally resilient and supported enough to keep going. By putting well-being at the centre of an event for entrepreneurs, OPEN Global is moving the conversation away from the usual topics of funding, growth and strategy towards the personal strain that often comes with running a business, especially for women who also carry responsibilities at home and in their communities.

OPEN Global is the international network of the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs, with chapters in North America, Europe and Pakistan, and the announcement tags its chapters in Silicon Valley, London and Islamabad. The virtual format lets members and guests join from different time zones, so that women entrepreneurs in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom and elsewhere can take part in a single conversation. The open invitation to men also reflects a view that the well-being of women entrepreneurs depends partly on the people around them, including partners, colleagues, family members and investors.

The conference brings the network together around what the organisers describe as a conversation that cannot be ignored, and its closing message is that well-being is part of success. Founders who want to take part can register through the link, and further details on speakers and the programme are expected to be shared through the official channels of OPEN Global.
