Orbit Connect Karachi 2026: Orbit Ventures Brings Founders, Investors and Ecosystem Partners Together

Published on

Orbit Ventures is set to bring together some of Karachi’s most active startup ecosystem stakeholders at Orbit Connect Karachi, an exclusive invite-only networking experience scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, running from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The event is being hosted in partnership with National Incubation Center Karachi and National Incubation Center Peshawar, and carries the support of Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication and Ignite – National Technology Fund, among other partners. The exact venue remains accessible only to registered attendees, with registration subject to host approval, reflecting the curated and closed nature of the gathering.

The event is designed for founders, limited partners, mentors, and ecosystem partners, with the express purpose of bringing together portfolio company leaders and those operating at the intersection of Pakistan’s startup landscape and broader emerging markets. Attendees are expected to exchange insights and network over local food and drinks, continuing what Orbit Ventures describes as its long-standing community presence in Karachi. With 56 confirmed attendees already registered at the time of this writing, the event has drawn participation from across the city’s investor and builder community.

Orbit Ventures, the presenting organisation behind the event, operates as a venture capital firm focused on scaling startups across emerging and frontier markets spanning Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The firm was ranked the fourth most active venture capital firm across global emerging markets in 2025 by MAGNiTT, a data and intelligence platform that tracks startup activity across these regions. National Incubation Center Karachi, one of the co-hosting partners, was envisioned, designed, and funded by Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication and Ignite, and is managed by a consortium led by LLPL and LMKT. National Incubation Center Peshawar shares a similar mandate and funding structure, with its management handled by a consortium led by LMKT and LMKR.

Orbit Connect Karachi sits within a broader series of community-oriented events that Orbit Ventures uses to strengthen ties between its portfolio companies and regional ecosystem partners. For a startup community that often operates in silos across cities, gatherings of this kind carry practical value — offering founders direct access to investors and mentors in a setting designed for candid conversation rather than formal pitching. Those interested in attending can request to join through the event’s registration page, where approval remains at the discretion of the host.
